50ml freshly brewed espresso

100ml vodka

50ml amaretto

1 tbsp sugar syrup or runny honey

ice

Method

Put two martini glasses in the fridge to chill.

Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake until it feels icy cold in your hand. Strain into the chilled glasses to serve.
