Ingredients

1½ ounces Punt e Mes

1½ ounces Aperol

Club soda and orange twist (for serving)

Method

Combine Punt e Mes and Aperol in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and stir until outside of shaker is frosty, about 30 seconds. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice and top off with club soda. Garnish with orange twist.
