Ingredients: 2 ounces honey; 12 strawberries, hulled, halved, plus more, sliced, for serving; 6 ounces tequila blanco; 4 ounces Aperol; 4 ounces fresh lime juice; Lime wheels (for serving)

Ingredients

2 ounces honey

12 strawberries, hulled, halved, plus more, sliced, for serving

6 ounces tequila blanco

4 ounces Aperol

4 ounces fresh lime juice

Lime wheels (for serving)

Method

Stir honey and 1 oz. warm water in a small bowl to dissolve. Combine honey syrup, strawberries, tequila, Aperol, and lime juice in a blender and freeze 3–12 hours (mixture will be partially frozen).

Add 2 cups ice to mixture and blend until thick and smooth. Divide among glasses and garnish with lime wheels and strawberry slices.
