Ingredients

¾ oz. Cherry Heering

¾ oz. fresh orange juice, preferably Seville

¾ oz. scotch

¾ oz. sweet vermouth (such as Carpano Antica Formula)

Orange twist and maraschino cherry (for serving; optional)

Method

Combine ¾ oz. Cherry Heering, ¾ oz. fresh orange juice, ¾ oz. scotch, and ¾ oz. sweet vermouth in a shaker tin with ice. Shake vigorously until well chilled, 10–15 seconds, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist and cherry, if using.
