Brown Derby Cocktail

Combine 2 oz. bourbon, ¾ oz. fresh grapefruit juice, ½ oz. fresh lemon juice, 2 tsp. honey, and one small pinch kosher salt in cocktail shaker without ice; stir with spoon until honey is dissolved. Fill shaker with ice and shake until outside of shaker tin is very cold. Strain into chilled stemmed glass (such as a coupe glass or a Nick and Nora glass). Pinch grapefruit twist over top of glass to express oil and add twist to glass.
