Ingredients

60ml (2 shots) espresso

250ml milk (plant-based is fine)

2 handfuls of ice

75g caramel sauce plus extra to serve

¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

whipped cream to serve (optional)

Method

Tip all the ingredients except the whipped cream into a high-powered blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce, if you like.
