Ingredients

2 eggs

4slightly heaped tbsp cacao powder

4 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp coconut oil , melted and cooled

a dash of vanilla essence

Method

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a whisk until smooth. Divide into two ramekins and put in the fridge for at least 30 mins to set. Then serve – with a tiny spoon to make it last longer!
