Frozen Gin and Tonic

Makes 1 cocktail

Ingredients

¼ cup gin

2 Tbsp. tonic syrup, such as Jack Rudy

1 cucumber slice (optional, for garnish)

Combine gin, tonic syrup, and 1 cup ice in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into serving glass and garnish with cucumber if desired.
