Grapefruit Sparkling Water

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups sparkling water

2 (2"-long, 1"-wide) grapefruit peels

2 teaspoons fresh grapefruit juice

Method

Pour sparkling water into a glass filled with ice. Twist 1 grapefruit peel and rub rim of glass. Drop both peels into glass. Stir in grapefruit juice and serve.
