Honey mustard dressing

Name: Honey mustard dressing
Yield: Makes 100ml
Ingredients: 1½ tbsp honey; 1½ tbsp Dijon mustard; ½ tbsp wholegrain mustard (optional); 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar; 60ml olive oil

Ingredients

1½ tbsp honey

1½ tbsp Dijon mustard

½ tbsp wholegrain mustard (optional)

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

60ml olive oil

Method

Pour all the ingredients into a jam jar and shake well until emulsified, then season to taste before using. Will keep chilled for up to five days.
