Ingredients

200ml pink grapefruit juice

100ml gin

½ small bunch thyme

50ml Campari

25ml red vermouth

750ml rosé wine

1 tbsp honey , plus more to taste

ice

Put all the ingredients together in a punch bowl, add lots of ice, stir gently and serve immediately.
