Ingredients

1½ oz. passion fruit purée

1½ oz. vanilla vodka

½ oz. Passoã (passion fruit liqueur)

¼ oz. fresh lime juice

1 tsp. sugar

⅛ tsp. vanilla extract

Sparkling wine (such as cava or prosecco; for serving)

Method

Combine 1½ oz. passion fruit purée, 1½ oz. vanilla vodka, ½ oz. Passoã (passion fruit liqueur), ¼ oz. fresh lime juice, 1 tsp. sugar, and ¹⁄₈ tsp. vanilla extract in a cocktail shaker. Add ice; cover and shake until outside of shaker is frosty, about 15 seconds. Strain into a martini or coupe glass. Serve with a shot (1½ oz.) of sparkling wine (such as cava or prosecco), which you can drink side by side or pour into the cocktail.
