Ingredients: 50ml saké; 15ml sherry (we used Pedro Ximénez); 15ml madeira; 1 tsp elderflower liqueur; 1-2 tsp maple syrup; ice; piece of grapefruit zest

Ingredients

50ml saké

15ml sherry (we used Pedro Ximénez)

15ml madeira

1 tsp elderflower liqueur

1-2 tsp maple syrup

ice

piece of grapefruit zest

Method

Mix all the ingredients together well in a mixing glass or jug. Then fill the glass up with ice and stir again to chill the cocktail.

Strain the mixture into a sherry or port glass. Garnish with a small piece of grapefruit zest.
