Ingredients

ice

50ml Italian-style apéritif (such as Aperol)

50ml cherry liqueur

25ml triple sec

1 maraschino cherry plus 1 tsp of the syrup from the jar (or use 1 tsp sugar syrup)

prosecco for topping up

Method

Drop an ice cube into a champagne flute, then pour in the apéritif, cherry liqueur, triple sec and maraschino cherry syrup.

Top up with prosecco, then garnish with the cherry.
