Method

Split the figs almost in half using a small serrated knife or your hands, stopping before they are completely separated. Squeeze gently to open them up up slightly.

Stuff the figs with the cheese using two teaspoons, then top with pieces of the prosciutto. Season with black pepper. Just before serving, drizzle over the honey.
