Ingredients
1 banana
170g fat-free Greek yogurt (we used Total)
150ml unsweetened soya milk
1 tbsp almond butter
25g cooked quinoa
1 tsp cocoa powder
½ tsp vanilla bean paste
Method
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth, pour into a glass and serve immediately.
