Pan-roasted kale with lemon

Method

Tip the kale into a bowl and drizzle over the oil. Toss together with your hands.

Heat a large saucepan or frying pan over a medium heat and, when hot, gently pan-fry the kale until cooked through and wilted, about 3-4 mins. Season with the lemon juice and a little salt to taste.
