Ingredients: 2 tbsp verjuice; 2 tbsp olive oil; 50g pack smoked slices of duck breast; half bag of rocket watercress and spinach salad; small bunch of seedless grapes; handful of toasted walnuts

Ingredients

2 tbsp verjuice

2 tbsp olive oil

50g pack smoked slices of duck breast

half bag of rocket watercress and spinach salad

small bunch of seedless grapes

handful of toasted walnuts

Method

Whisk together the verjuice and olive oil, then season lightly. Toss with everything else in a bowl, then serve.
