Mango Salsa

Place 1 ripe large mango, cut into about ½" pieces, 1 small red onion, finely chopped, 1 small jalapeño, thinly sliced, ½ cup coarsely chopped cilantro, ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, quartered (if using), and 1 Tbsp. plus 1½ tsp. fresh lime juice in a bowl. Season with 1 tsp. Diamond Crystal or ½ tsp. Morton kosher salt and toss to combine.
